1–2 teaspoons of sugar or jaggery (as per taste)

1 clay kulhad or small earthen cup
Method:
1. Prepare a strong brew by boiling water, tea leaves, milk, and sugar together for 3–5 minutes.
2. Heat a clay kulhad directly on the flame or in an oven until it’s very hot.
3. Carefully pour the hot tea into the heated kulhad.
4. Enjoy the sizzling sound and smoky aroma as the tea bubbles and absorbs the earthy flavor of the clay.
5. Pour into another cup and serve immediately.
